Spin: The Monmouth running back spent much of last season on the practice squad save for one appearance when he played special teams against the Cardinals. Wright and rookie Rasheen Ali saw the bulk of the backfield work Friday as the Ravens sort through their depth options behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill going into the season. Though Wright outperformed Ali (10 carries, 26 yards), the team has more invested in the rookie and therefore Wright will need to thoroughly outplay him the rest of the preseason to have a shot at beating him out for a roster spot.
